  • Facilitated a marketing and rebranding campaign for an aging services organization in advance of the move to a new building. Organization developed a new logo and branding campaign, and significantly expanded its customer base among several cohorts.
  • Assessed opportunities to enter the women’s market for a national consumer sports products company, which led to a successful change in their core strategy.
  • Identified barriers to participation among non-users of a community center. Through informal focus groups and surveys, we developed marketing strategies to overcome those barriers.
  • Wrote the business plan for a spin-off publication for a national sports magazine targeting active millennials.
  • Evaluated industry growth in a new market for a consumer publisher. Developed plan for market entry via a targeted acquisition plan. The publisher became the market leader.
